Our History

Salvatore Capital Partners LLC was established in 1984 in Boston's Back Bay with the goal of becoming an industry leader in the development and management of quality real estate assets.

Early on, Salvatore Capital operated as RoBeck Realty and was hired by many Boston area developers to conduct market feasibility studies, assist with the local zoning process, and establish a matrix for the development and property management transition.

Salvatore Capital is currently involved in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate, condominiums, and multi-dwelling properties. The development company was established to offer substantial preferred returns on investor capital and has grown as a demand for its services has increased. Today, the company owns and/or manages over 1 million square feet of commercial assets, consisting largely of office and retail properties and 1,000 residential units throughout New England.

The principals share responsibility for the overall company activities, while each concentrating in specific areas. John Salvatore is responsible for the identification and evaluation of the Partnership's acquisitions, and financing. Gregory J. Salvatore is responsible for the asset management function, leasing, and strategic business development activities. Anthony Natale's responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing prospective real estate projects, formulating cash flow models, and managing all aspects of commercial property portfolios. Sandra Don oversees office administration and accounts payable and receivable.

We, at Salvatore Capital, have experienced many changes throughout our history. We have weathered all the storms of the real estate industry, and today we are a thriving company that continues a strong reputation for quality, commitment, performance, and integrity.
