Anthony Natale: As CFO and Property Manager with 20 years of experience, Tony's main responsibilities at Salvatore Capital Partners involve preparing budgets and financial statements, perusing prospective real estate projects, formulating cash flow models and analyzing financing proposals. Anthony also manages all aspects of the commercial property portfolio which includes fulfilling maintenance and security staffing needs, contracting third party vendor services, overseeing tenant and landlord improvements, and leasing available office and retail space.

Tony has prior executive experience and the CFO and Vice President of Operations at Marshall Properties in RI. There he supervised an active construction department and an office staff while providing traditional CFO support and property management oversight. Tony was actively involved in leasing vacant space which included acting as landlord agent on several government / GSA leases as well as many other leases for office space of all sizes.

Tony is an active member of the RI chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and an officer on his hometown land conservation and preservation board, the North Providence Land Trust.
