Gregory J. Salvatore: As a Managing Member and Director, Greg is
responsible for performing due diligence for all acquisitions, the
supervision of the ongoing asset management function, the direction
of accounting and tax reporting functions and all strategic business
development activities. Greg directs and supervises the identification
and inspection of all physical and structural building components
and is responsible for on-going property operations and tenant relations.
Greg’s previous experience includes that of co-founder and
Director of RoBeck Management Corporation, (1983) which is a leader
in the property management industry. In his eighteen years at RoBeck,
Greg directed asset and construction transactions totaling over 3
million square feet and 7,000 residential units. Greg entered
the real estate field in 1980 after graduating from Bentley College,
in Waltham, MA, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management
with concentrations in Business Administration and Accounting. Greg
concentrated on the management, marketing and construction of condominium
properties in the Greater Boston Area. Greg brings a depth of knowledge
to assist owners and investors in the management of their property. Greg
served as President of the New England chapter of Community Associations
Institute (CAI) in 1994. Greg has directed the development and construction
of Spencer Shopper Village, Cumberland Plaza, and 140,000 square
foot office headquarters of TAC Worldwide Companies. Greg actively
participates as a speaker and panel member for industry-related organizations
and has published many articles in related trade magazines. Greg
holds a Real Estate Brokers License in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
and is a Notary Public.
Greg is married, has three children, and resides
in Walpole, MA
